Call or visit Doug's Transmissions, Inc. for any concerns or questions you may have about possible transmission problems (shifting hard, delayed shifting, slipping, burnt fluid, check engine light or blinking overdrive light, etc.). Because transmission repair costs are usually lower when a problem is addressed early before more internal parts become damaged, it's best to get it checked out at the first sign of a transmission problem.
"Had my transmission resealed and clutch replaced by Doug. The job was done correctly and price was great. He is definitely someone you can trust, which is hard to find in the automotive business. I will definitely refer friends and family to him."
"Doug was very patient in explaining what needs to be done with the car. Excellent service and excellent price. Can't go wrong."
"I've had many transmissions rebuilt by Doug over the past 20 plus years; all good!"
"Doug and his team here are worthy of your trust. I had an issue with my RV that had the transmission warning light on and overall the coach was exhibiting some strange behavior while rolling down the highway. Doug took in my RV quickly (took up 2/3 of his shop) and did some diagnosis and determined that some of the other problems he saw with the motor may be the cause and would recommend that be serviced first and the transmission be monitored vs jumping right into possibly unnecessary repairs. In an age where a lot of shops have a rip and replace mentality, Doug takes the time to actually diagnosis the issue and is interested in treating his customers with respect and empowering them to make a well educated decision. You can be assured if my transmissions need servicing in the future, I will be returning to Doug for his service."
